Product Description
This hexagon socket head cap screw is manufactured from Nylon PA66 (polyamide 66) instead of metal. PA66 offers excellent electrical insulation, chemical resistance, lightweight (density ~1.14 g/cm³), and good mechanical strength. The head conforms to DIN912 (hex socket), allowing installation with standard hex keys. Colours available: black or white. Nylon screws do not scratch surfaces and are non-magnetic, making them ideal for electronics, battery compartments, and applications requiring metal-free fastening. Operating temperature range typically -40°C to +80°C, with short-term tolerance up to +120°C.
